The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority with the Zip family. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel regulated disinfectant to prevent the spread anything. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

We enjoy cleaning with dogs playing! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Making sure the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house. If removal is needed is needed, it can be added to any plan.

Zip Scoopers has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

We do not provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
